Evidence & Tags filters
The Evidence and tags filters allow filtering by generated evidence. variant tags assigned by the user or AI Shortlist:
Simple and advanced filtering modes operate independently.
Even with similar settings, results may differ due to variations in filtering logic and options available.
In Simple Mode
Variant interpretation—variants that are accompanied by Variant Interpretation notes. This filter returns all the automatically and manually tagged variants, except those with manually removed Variant Interpretation notes (if any).
Submitted for Sanger confirmation—variants manually assigned as eligible for Sanger sequencing in the Variant page's Evidence section.
Manually added variants - variants added manually on top of the analysis results.
With Pathogenicity Tag—variants with Pathogenicity manually assigned in the Variant page's Evidence section.

My Tags—variants tagged by the current user.
AI Shortlist—variants tagged by the AI Shortlist.

Viewed— variants that were viewed by the current user
In-viewed— variants that were not viewed by the current user

In Advanced Mode
Pathogenicity- variants with a specific assigned pathogenicity

User tags- variants with a specific selected tag by a user

AI shortlist- variants with a specific select tag by the AI shortlist
