# Individual case page: Top bar

The Top bar in the Individual case page indicates the Case ID and current [Case status](https://help.emg.illumina.com/emedgene-analyze-manual/reviewing_a_case/case_status).

## Options available through the Top bar:

* Change the [Case status](https://help.emg.illumina.com/emedgene-analyze-manual/reviewing_a_case/case_status)
* Reanalyze the case
* [Finalize the case](https://help.emg.illumina.com/emedgene-analyze-manual/case-completion-and-reporting/finalizing_a_case) and write interpretation notes
* [Edit the case info](https://help.emg.illumina.com/emedgene-analyze-manual/reviewing_a_case/editing_an_existing_case)
* Preview the [case report](https://help.emg.illumina.com/emedgene-analyze-manual/case-completion-and-reporting/clinical_report)
