Variant Type Filters

The Variant Type Filters allow filtering variant list by variant type:

• Sequence variants: SNV, Indel (Note: Indel filter requires pipeline version 5.22.8 or higher);

• CNV: DEL, DUP;

• mtDNA SNV/Indel.
