Variant type filters

The Variant Type Filters allow filtering variant list by variant type:

• Small variants: SNV, Indel, MNV (100.39.0+)

• SV & CNV: DEL, DUP, INS

• mtDNA SNV/Indel

• Other: STR, Haplotype, LOH/ROH
